Last updated September 25, 2026. What we promise as the seller, how manufacturer warranties work, and what this warranty does not cover.
This Limited Warranty is provided by Clean Energy Retail LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of 326energy.com (the "Storefront"), to the original retail purchaser ("you") of a product bought from this Storefront for personal, family, or household use in the United States.
This is a LIMITED WARRANTY. It is not a Full Warranty. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
We are a retailer. We are not EcoFlow, Anker, BLUETTI, Jackery, Goal Zero, or any other manufacturer listed on a product page. Those brands provide their own written warranties. This page states what we promise as the seller.
Coverage
How coverage is split
1. Days 1–30 after delivery
Eligible unused returns follow the Return & Refund Policy at /returns. That policy is separate from this Limited Warranty.
2. Manufacturer warranty
After the 30-day window, defects in materials and workmanship are covered by the manufacturer's written warranty for that model. The term shown on the product page (for example 5-year, 3+2-year, or 2+1-year) is the manufacturer's term, not an extra promise by Clean Energy Retail LLC. We will help you open and track that claim.
3. This Limited Warranty (seller)
We warrant that we will deliver a new, genuine, US-market unit of the model you ordered, with the advertised accessories, in unopened retail condition unless the listing clearly said otherwise.
If these layers conflict with a marketing sentence on the Storefront, this page, the Returns Policy, and the manufacturer's warranty document control.
What we will do under this Limited Warranty
If we confirm that we shipped the wrong item, a missing accessory that was listed as included, or a unit that was defective at delivery, our sole obligation and your exclusive remedy is, at our option, to repair, replace, or refund the product purchase price.
If the issue is a later manufacturing defect covered by the brand, your exclusive hardware remedy is the manufacturer's warranty process. We will give you the claim path and, where the brand requires the seller to start the ticket, we will start it.
We do not cover labor, electrician fees, installer fees, permits, or property work.
1. Labor and Shipping Disclaimer
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS ONLY THE PRODUCT ITSELF (PARTS / EQUIPMENT).
Labor. We do not pay labor, service-call, diagnostic, electrician, installer, roofer, or contractor charges of any kind. That includes removal of a defective unit, installation of a replacement, wiring, panel, breaker, conduit or interconnection work, permit or inspection fees, travel time, and any work at your premises. Those costs are yours.
Outbound shipping. Standard outbound shipping of your original order inside the contiguous United States is free under the Shipping Policy. If we accept a covered seller claim and ship a replacement, we pay standard outbound shipping of that replacement to a contiguous-US address.
Return shipping under this Limited Warranty or a manufacturer claim we administer:
- Covered defect confirmed. We (or the manufacturer) pay reasonable prepaid return shipping that is authorized in writing in advance.
- No covered defect, excluded cause, or shipment without RMA. You pay freight both ways and any diagnosis or restocking fee we disclose before charging.
Do not ship a power station, battery, or solar panel until we issue an RMA. Lithium shipments need carrier-specific packaging. The address on the RMA label is the only warehouse you should use. Our Atlanta suite is a registered office, not a walk-in battery drop-off.
2. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND IN THE APPLICABLE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CLEAN ENERGY RETAIL LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: LOSS OF USE; LOSS OF POWER OR ENERGY PRODUCTION OR STORAGE; COST OF SUBSTITUTE POWER, FUEL, OR EQUIPMENT; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR SAVINGS; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; LOSS OF DATA; DAMAGE TO REAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY (INCLUDING WIRING, ELECTRICAL PANELS, APPLIANCES, STRUCTURES, VEHICLES, OR OTHER EQUIPMENT); FIRE, SMOKE, THERMAL, OR CHEMICAL DAMAGE BEYOND THE PRODUCT ITSELF; PERSONAL INJURY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW; OR CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PRODUCT, THE STOREFRONT, OR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
3. Limitation of Implied Warranties
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
No reseller, installer, employee, or agent may modify this Limited Warranty except in a writing signed by an authorized officer of Clean Energy Retail LLC. A longer manufacturer warranty does not extend our seller obligations beyond what this page states.
4. DIY and Installation Disclaimer
Some products offered on this Storefront are portable. Some can be used for home backup, 120/240V output, extra batteries, or solar input. Whole-circuit or panel-tied backup needs compatible transfer equipment and professional installation. Never backfeed a wall outlet.
Condition of coverage. This Limited Warranty, and any manufacturer warranty we help you claim, may be denied to the extent a defect or damage was caused by installation, wiring, commissioning, or use that does not follow the product manual, the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70), local code, utility rules, or manufacturer specifications.
Who must install hard-wired or panel-tied equipment. Electrical interconnection, transfer-switch work, and panel-tied backup must be performed by a currently licensed electrician in the state of installation or by a currently NABCEP-certified installer (or the professional the Authority Having Jurisdiction requires). Keep the license or certification number, permit, and inspection records. Provide them if we or the manufacturer request them for a claim.
Excluded causes include:
- DIY hard-wiring, backfeeding a receptacle, or work that does not meet code
- installation by a person who is not licensed or certified for that work
- incorrect voltage, polarity, conductor size, grounding, or overcurrent protection
- unapproved third-party batteries, inverters, generators, or accessories
- operation outside rated limits; abuse; unauthorized repair; missing serial labels
- lightning, flood, utility surge, or fire that did not originate in the product
We do not install products and we do not inspect your premises. If you install hard-wired equipment yourself where code requires a licensed electrician, you do so at your own risk.
Portable, plug-in use of a station according to the manual is not "DIY electrical installation." This section targets wiring into a building's electrical system, not plugging a fridge into a station outlet.
5. How to make a claim
Email support@shopcleanenergy.com with your order number, model, serial number, description of the issue, and photos. Say whether you want a 30-day return (if still eligible) or a warranty claim.
Wait for a written RMA. We will tell you whether the case runs as our seller remedy or as a manufacturer ticket.
We may refuse an incomplete claim, a claim after the applicable warranty period, or a claim that does not show a covered defect.
6. Consumer rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and the consumer-protection laws of your state of residence apply to the extent they cannot be waived.
