Seller-backed coverage
Every eligible product sold by 326energy includes the 24-Month 326energy Limited Seller Warranty. This seller warranty is provided directly by CK Online Shopping LLC / 326energy. We are an independent retailer, not the manufacturer and not an official dealer.
The warranty period is 24 months from delivery. It is separate from the 30-day change-of-mind return policy. A product can be used and still be eligible for this warranty. The unused, uninstalled, and returnable-condition requirements apply only to standard change-of-mind returns, not to a warranty claim for a covered defect.
Eligible products
A product is eligible only when all of these are true:
- The product was purchased from 326energy.com and appears on that order.
- The product was delivered, and the request is made within 24 months of that delivery date.
- The problem is a defect in materials or workmanship, not one of the excluded uses below.
These are not eligible:
- A product bought from another seller, even when it is the same model.
- An item that does not appear on the 326energy order.
- A request made more than 24 months after delivery.
If a manufacturer warranty is available for a specific product, it is a separate manufacturer program. We do not present a manufacturer warranty as our own seller warranty.
If a covered defect is confirmed
Replacement or refund
For a confirmed defect covered by this warranty, we will replace the product. If a replacement is unavailable or not reasonably possible, we will refund the amount paid for the product and its original delivery charge to the original payment method. We arrange or pay for the approved return shipment and the replacement shipment; there is no restocking fee. This seller warranty does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
To request service, email your order number, product model, a description of the issue, and clear photos that show the product and the problem. We will review the request and provide instructions before anything is shipped. Do not ship a power station, battery, or lithium battery kit until we provide a safe, approved shipping method. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after inspection; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. We will confirm replacement availability and next steps with you.
Not covered
Excluded uses
These uses are not covered by the seller warranty:
- DIY hard-wiring or backfeeding.
- Incorrect voltage or grounding.
- Unapproved third-party batteries or accessories.
- Use outside the model’s rated limits.
This is the list. A use that is not written here is not automatically excluded. Email support with the order number, and we will say whether that request is covered.
