How payment works, which methods may be available, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Accepted online payment methods
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Checkout may display Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna depending on your device, location, order and Stripe eligibility. Only methods visible in the secure payment form are available for that purchase.
When you are charged
For online payment, the final order total is shown before confirmation. Your payment method is charged when Stripe confirms the purchase. We do not store your complete card number. A pending bank authorization is not a completed order unless the confirmation page says payment was successful.
Pay on delivery
When pay on delivery is available at checkout, payment is due to the carrier by cashier’s check when the parcel is delivered. Standard shipping remains free and a $22.50 collection fee is shown separately before confirmation, based on one parcel per order. No card or bank details are requested online for this method. Orders may be held for phone or email verification before shipment.
Prices, taxes and currency
All prices are shown in US dollars. Product price, shipping, collection fees and any applicable taxes are itemized before you confirm. If a price or total changes before payment, checkout requires you to review the updated total.
Failed, duplicate or disputed payments
If payment fails, your bag remains available so you can retry or choose another displayed method. If you believe you were charged twice or do not recognize a charge, contact support@shopcleanenergy.com with your order reference. Do not email card or bank details.
