1. Information we collect
Account details you provide (name and email), order and shipping information, and basic usage data like pages visited and cart activity. We don't collect more than we need to run the storefront and support your orders.
2. How we use it
To process and ship orders, provide order history and support, remember your cart and preferences between visits, and understand which pages and products are useful so we can improve them.
3. Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart and session working and can't be turned off. Optional cookies help us understand site usage and are only set with your consent, which you can change at any time.
4. Sharing
We share only the information needed with payment processors, carriers, hosting providers and support services that help operate the store. We do not sell personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law or to prevent fraud and protect rights and safety.
5. Data retention
Account and order data is kept for as long as your account is active or as needed to satisfy tax and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You can also update cookie preferences at any time. Email us to submit a request; we may verify your identity before responding and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided information so we can review and delete it.
