Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery for an eligible product that is unused, uninstalled, and in returnable condition. Opening a package for inspection does not by itself make a product ineligible.

These condition requirements apply to standard change-of-mind returns. For an eligible standard return, contact support for instructions; we pay for or arrange the approved return shipping, and we do not charge a restocking fee. If an item arrived damaged, is defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact support instead; those issues are handled separately and are not subject to the unused or uninstalled requirement.

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect delivery, email your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If a shipping-label photo is needed, cover your street address and other personal details. Wait for our instructions before sending anything back. We will pay for or arrange the return shipping and provide a safe shipping method for lithium batteries. There is no restocking fee for these cases.

If you choose a refund for a returned damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we refund the amount paid for the item and the original delivery charge to your original payment method. Power stations, batteries, and lithium battery kits must not be shipped back without return instructions.

Email support@326energy.com with your order number, product, and reason for the request. We will provide next steps for an eligible return.

The return policy is separate from the 24-Month 326energy Limited Seller Warranty.
