Terms of service
Last updated September 14, 2026. Plain-language terms covering orders, payment, shipping, and your account.
1. Who these terms cover
These terms govern the storefront at 326energy.com, operated by CK Online Shopping LLC (managed by Kevin McCoy and Camila Salvarani). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them. Product availability and final totals are confirmed at checkout.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice until an order is placed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel one after acceptance if a listing contains a pricing or availability error. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund to the original payment method.
3. Payment
We currently accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link through Stripe’s secure checkout. Other payment methods are not available. We do not store your full card number.
4. Shipping and risk of loss
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you once a package is handed to the carrier. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout and on the shipping page are estimates, not guarantees — see our Shipping & delivery page for full detail.
5. Returns, refunds, and warranty
Returns during the first thirty (30) calendar days after delivery follow the Return & Refund Policy. The unused, uninstalled, and returnable-condition requirements apply to standard change-of-mind returns; damaged, defective, or incorrect deliveries are handled separately under that policy. Opening a package for inspection does not by itself make a product ineligible. Products purchased from 326energy.com include our 24-Month 326energy Limited Seller Warranty, provided directly by CK Online Shopping LLC / 326energy for 24 months from delivery, subject to the Limited Seller Warranty. Any manufacturer warranty, when known for a specific product, is separate and does not replace the seller warranty. The Limited Seller Warranty page explains the claim process, seller-paid return shipping, and the replacement-or-refund remedy and is incorporated into these Terms.
6. Account responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or abusively.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the storefront to violate any law, infringe another party's rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the site, or resell products purchased here in a way that misrepresents them as new-in-box when they are not.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CK ONLINE SHOPPING LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF POWER, COST OF SUBSTITUTE POWER, LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGE TO WIRING, PANELS, APPLIANCES, OR STRUCTURES.OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN ORDER OR PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.The full limitation, including implied-warranty language, is on the Limited Warranty page.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the storefront evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes affecting an order already placed will not apply retroactively to that order.
