1. Who these terms cover
These terms govern purchases made through this storefront, operated by Clean Energy Retail LLC. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them. Product availability and final totals are confirmed at checkout.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice until an order is placed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline an order, or cancel one after acceptance if a listing contains a pricing or availability error. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund to the original payment method.
3. Payment
We accept only the methods displayed at checkout. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. Klarna terms are governed by Klarna's separate agreement where offered. Cashier’s check upon delivery. Standard shipping is $0.00; pay on delivery adds a $22.50 carrier collection fee based on one parcel per order. No card, bank details or prepayment are required online. Pay-on-delivery eligibility and final parcel count must be confirmed before shipment. Your confirmation page is the record of your accepted pay-on-delivery order; keep its link.
4. Shipping and risk of loss
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you once a package is handed to the carrier. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout and on the shipping page are estimates, not guarantees — see our Shipping & delivery page for full detail.
5. Returns, refunds, and warranty
Returns follow the 30-day window described on our Returns & refunds page. Beyond that window, each product's manufacturer warranty (2 to 5 years depending on model) covers defects in materials and workmanship, not damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.
6. Account responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or abusively.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the storefront to violate any law, infringe another party's rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the site, or resell products purchased here in a way that misrepresents them as new-in-box when they are not.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the storefront evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes affecting an order already placed will not apply retroactively to that order.
