P.O. Box delivery
Power stations, batteries, and lithium battery kits require a physical street address and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Some small non-battery accessories may be eligible for P.O. Box delivery depending on carrier and service. Contact support before ordering if you need delivery to a P.O. Box.

When a tracking number is assigned, we email it with a link to the tracking page. Enter that number to see the carrier, current status, and update history. The page does not show your address, phone, or payment details.
