Check these before anything else

Voltage has to fit the window.
The panel's open-circuit voltage, including its cold-weather peak, has to stay inside the station's solar input range. Outside that window, the panel simply won't charge it — or worse.

The connector has to match.
Use a supported connector, or the adapter this shop sells for that exact pairing. A connector that physically fits is not the same as a verified match.

Watts change the speed, not the safety.
A bigger panel refills the battery faster, within its rated input limit. It does not make an unsupported voltage or connector safe to use.
